JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
The Acquisitions Analyst is responsible for planning, prioritizing, and executing marketing programs focused on customer education, product adoption, and churn reduction.

Key Activities and Responsibilities
1. Campaign Analysis and Oversight:
o Share detailed analysis of launched campaigns.
o Manage and oversee the implementation and progress of campaigns.
2. Process Automation:
o Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Prime: Final decision-making authority, accountable to management.

• Contributory: Provides major contributions to decisions or policies made by others.

Person Specification
Education and Training:
• Required: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
• At least 3 years’ experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics.
• Must-have skills:
o Hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, and Linux.
