Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for competent, skilled, and experienced B2B Sales Lead to work in Uganda.
JOB SUMMARY
The B2B Sales Lead will be responsible for generating, managing, and converting leads for our smartphones within the B2B sector. You will target businesses, including corporate clients, resellers, and distributors, to drive bulk sales of our mobile phones, expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the tech or electronics industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Identify, prospect, and generate leads for B2B sales opportunities within the smartphone industry.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential corporate clients, including small businesses, large enterprises, retailers, and distribution partners.
• Utilize various lead-generation methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and attending industry events to identify key decision-makers.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement a targeted B2B sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Present and promote our smartphones to potential clients, demonstrating features, value propositions, and how our products meet business needs.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure the right materials and support are available to close sales.
Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate strong relationships with key B2B clients, maintaining open communication and providing exceptional service.
• Understand client needs, requirements, and business challenges to offer tailored solutions and close deals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that drive long-term partnerships.
Sales Presentations & Product Demos:
• Demonstration & participation in different events and seminars, Get speaker invites to talk about the circular economy
• Engage in consultative selling by understanding the unique needs of each client and offering customized smartphone solutions.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client communications, and leads using CRM tools.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

• strategies, and optimize sales efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 10+ years in B2B sales, ideally within the mobile phone, consumer electronics, or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and decision-makers.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that add value to their business.
