BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING
Purchase of a Station Wagon for Isimba HPP; UEGCL/SPLS/2023-24/20104
Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited has allocated funds to be used for purchase of a station Wagon for Isimba HPP
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 as amended and Regulations 2014 is open to all
bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
The bidding document which has been prepared in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/- (Uganda shillings One Hundred thousand only). The method of payment will be in the bank on UEGCL A/C No. 9030011177319, Stanbic Bank upon which bidders shall present a bank deposit slip as proof of payment. The document will be issued electronically upon presentation of a receipt of payment.
Bids must be delivered to the address below before or on November 8th, 2023 at 10:30am. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 5.100,000/- (Uganda shillings Five Million. One hundred thousand only). The Bid Security
must be valid until June 7th, 2024. Late bids shall be rejected, Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below on November 8th, 2023 at 11:00am.
