JOB DETAILS:
CECIC (Citizens for Environmental Conservation and International Cooperation) is seeking a dynamic and passionate Campaign Coordinator to lead our advocacy and awareness campaigns. The Campaign Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing advocacy strategies, engaging with stakeholders, and driving initiatives that advance our mission of environmental conservation, social justice, and sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute effective advocacy strategies and campaigns to raise awareness on environmental policies and issues in Uganda
2. Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, community leaders, and the public, to build partnerships and mobilize support for our campaigns
3. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement impactful campaigns that drive positive change
4. Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
5. Utilize digital tools and social media platforms to amplify campaign messages and engage with target audiences
6. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, analyze data and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvement

Qualifications:
1. Strong knowledge of environmental policies and issues in Uganda
2. Excellent communication, public speaking, and writing skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
4. Effective project management and organizational skills
5. Proficiency in using digital tools and social media for advocacy
