EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVISION OF SITE SPECIAL MACHINERY AT THE TILENGA UPSTREAM DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN UGANDA

TotalEnergies EP Uganda (COMPANY) as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2 North, in conjunction with its Joint Ventures partner(s), invites experienced and reputable companies to express interest to supply/hire special machinery to the Tilenga Project
General field development description:
The Tilenga Project is located in the North-East area of Lake Albert in Uganda and covers the fields in CA-1 block and the Northern part of LA-2 block. There are four vertically stacked reservoirs that are developed in the project. The reservoirs are presumed to be disconnected and will be developed individually. Laterally, the reservoirs are compartmentalized through a series of faults. The surface facilities include wellpads (30+) and an industrial area containing the Central Processing Facility (CPF) and facilities. There is re-injection of produced water into the reservoirs.
Scope of Work broadly includes:
Hiring out/supply of various types of special machinery for the Tilenga Project in Uganda
The list of Special Machinery will include but not limited to:
• Operations Intervention Vehicles 4
• Special Maintenance & Inspection Intervention trucks 2
• Steam Truck 2
• Heated Vacuum Truck 2
• Combo Heated Vacuum & Steam Truck 2
• Bleed off tank mounted on trailer 2
• Chemical Tank Delivery Trucks 2
• Truck Bed Mobile Biocide Pump Skid 2
• Chemical Tank Trailer (Bowser) 7 to10
• Electric Tow Tracto 2
COMPANY reserves the right to divide the requirement into lots as it deems fit.
Bidders can indicate interest in any or all of the machinery stated in the list.
The selected contractor should be able to demonstrate the following abilities
Experience in of providing similar equipment on
rental/purchase basis to Oil & Gas processing/Refining/ Petrochemical/Chemicals / Thermal Power Plants / Mining/Metals/Ports/ICDS/Large.
Positive net worth in each of the immediately preceding two financial years.
The Minimum Requirements to Participate in the Prequalification Process are:
Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Management system, Quality Policy and related procedures in compliance with local and international standards.
Compliance to National and International laws and regulations
Demonstrated commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations as detailed in the 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations
Current registration to or application to be registered to the National Supplier Database.
In line with COMPANY's objective to maximize National Content, upon fulfilling other requirements for the scope of work, preference shall be given to Ugandan companies or as a minimum companies that have entered into a joint venture with a Ugandan company

Pre-qualification questionnaire(s) with submission instructions will be issued by email after the aforementioned EOI closing date to only interested companies meeting the above minimum requirements.
Note:
Only prequalified companies will receive invitations to submit bids in furtherance of the Call for Tender process.
The pre-qualification and later Call for Tender will be issued via Company's official e-sourcing system SAP-ARIBA
