The National Oilseeds Project (NOSP) under the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries invited sealed requests for Expression of Interest from eligible bidders for procurement of consultancies as detailed below,

This expression of Interest is amended as follows: a) The deadline for submission of written Expression of Interest proposals has been extended from
5th October 2023 to 25th October 2023 at 11:00am

Expressions of Interest must be delivered in written form using the forms provided for this purpose. EOIs shall be submitted to the address 1(b) above or be sent via e-mail to the address;
procurement@agriculture.go.ug no later than [11:00am, 25th October 2023 EAT)
Any request for clarification on this REOI should be sent via e-mail to the address;
procurement@agriculture.go.ug and penny.kameri@gmail.com no later than
[4:00pm, 19th October 2023. The client will provide responses to all clarification requests by 4:00pm, 21st October 2023 EAT
Interested firms can access the revised Reol and should fill the template for expressions of interest found at this link https://agriculture.umcs.go.ug/-Q5bDe and submit to the address indicated in 1(b) above.
