Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes for the sales of solar home systems.
• Regularly track and analyze financial performance, providing detailed reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in financial management, ideally within the renewable energy or similar sectors.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
