TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Local Government (Public Procurement and disposal of public assets) Regulations, 2006 and are open to all bidders.
Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the Procurement and Disposal Unit Kumi Municipal Council from 8:00am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to Procurement and
Disposal Unit upon payment of a nonrefundable fee to the Kumi Municipal Council General Fund Account No. 307253000024 in Finance Trust Bank Kumi Branch. Of 102,300 (One Hundred two thousand three hundred shillings only bank charges inclusive.
NB: A receipt shall be issued by the municipality cashier upon presentation of a bank deposit slip
Applications must be in securely sealed envelopes clearly marked bid for.........And addressed to the secretary Contracts Committee Kumi Municipal Counci
Bids must be delivered to Procurement and Disposal Unit before 10:00am on the 31/10/2023.
Late bios submission shall be rejected
Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the Municipal Community Hall on 31/10/2023.
Each item must be bided for separately. Details of requirements are found in respective biding document
THE ENTITY IS NOT BOUND TO ACCEPT LOWEST BIDDER, HIGHEST OR ANY BIDDER.
