INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING METHOD
Nebbi District Local Government has allocated/received funds from Government of Uganda to be used for the acquisition of the following procurements:
a) Supply of Concrete Piped Culverts for Acwera-Erussi Road
b) Supply of Materials for Maintenance / Tarmacking of 1.0 km Road; Mola Road 0.5km, Tom Butime Road 0.3km and Market street 0.2km
c) Construction of Got-tar Dam with animal water trough, chlorine dosing unit and water points for household use (safe water)
d) Climate Analytical study of the district climate risk and vulnerability downscaled from the national Climate Risk and Vulnerability Report
e) Tree planting and weeding (Labor) along 6 Roads (Nyaravur-Parombo, Akworo- Erussi-Goli, Goli-Kei, Akaba-Kucwiny, Agwok Kucwiny and Kucwiny-Orango
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty two thousand five hundred shillings only (52,500/=) in Ugandan currency payable through IRAS (Integrated Local Revenue Administration Management system). No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
Bids must be delivered to the address above at or before 10:00 am of Friday 3rd November 2023
