Invitation to Pre-qualify for Provision of Goods, Services and Works for the Period 2024-2026

Housing Finance Bank Ltd intends to update its register of suppliers for various goods, services and works for the period 2024 to 2026.
Interested eligible suppliers are invited to apply for prequalification, indicating the category of goods, services or works they wish to supply. Existing providers who wish to be retained MUST apply and submit up to date information requested in the pre-qualification document.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all local bidders.
Interested eligible suppliers may obtain further information from the Administration Department of Housing Finance Bank and inspect the prequalification document at the address below.
The Pre-qualification document (in the English language) may be purchased by interested bidders at a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/-. Upon payment of the fees on HFB Miscellaneous Income Account Number 99-3800801, Providers should proceed and obtain the documents from the address below.
Pre-qualification submissions of interest must be delivered to the address below by 4.00 pm on 13th October 2023. Late submissions shall be rejected.
The Pre-qualification document may be inspected/obtained/delivered between 9:00am and 4:00pm at:
