JOB DETAILS:
Job Duties:
• Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, bread, muffins, and wedding cakes.
• Utilize knowledge of premixes, sauces, and international recipes to create a diverse range of pastry products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Requirements:
• At least a diploma in culinary arts or a related field; advanced training in pastry/baking techniques will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in the baking industry.
• Expertise in pastry preparation and different baking techniques.
• Basic IT skills to manage orders, inventory, and recipe documentation.
