RE-ADVERTISEMENT INVITATION TO BID (ITB) UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING
The Government of Uganda through the National Animal Genetic Resources Centre and Data Bank (NAGRC&DB) invites sealed bids from eligible vendors for pre-qualification (shortlisting) under these categories:
(i) Works
(ii) Supplies
(iii) Consultancy services
(iv) Non-consultancy services.
NAGRC&DB therefore invites appropriate and competent vendors to submit sealed pre- qualification bid documents for provision of works, services and supplies for the FYS 2023/24 to 2025/26
SUBJECT MATTER
Short listing (pre-qualification) of providers for supplies, works and services
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method of procurement as stipulated in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the NAGRC&DB Procurement and Disposal Unit Office
The bidding document will be available for purchase and inspection during working hours (9.00am-5:00pm) on weekdays with effect from 4h October 2023
With the exception of bidders who had already purchased the bidding document in the previous advert that ran in the New Vision on the 27th March 2023, all interested bidders will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of UGX 50,000/= (Uganda shillings fifty thousand only) upon submission of a written application to bid.
