JOB DETAILS:
Job Role:
1. Requires an individual to able to work night shifts supervising a team of machine operators and production team members.
2. Requires an individual to have previous experience supervising a team of machine operators and they must also have an industrial electrical background with prior experience in a similar role that involved being responsible for industrial electrical maintenance on large scale production/manufacturing machinery.
3. Whilst requiring to work night shifts it may also be required to work day shifts from time to time depending on business needs.

Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with passion for agriculture and coffee.
• High levels of attention to detail and integrity.
• Have a positive attitude with the ability to work well with all functions and levels in the organisation.
