INVITATION TO TENDER
Supply of Assorted Granite Slates/Slabs under framework contract. Procurement Reference Number: FRN/FRW/2023/0187
Frenah Uganda has allocated funds to be used for the Provision of assorted Granite Slates/Slabs under framework contract.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies and services.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Procurement Policy and guidelines of Frenah Uganda.
Interested eligible bidders may inspect the bidding documents by sending mails to
frenahuganda77@gmail.com. All enquiries and/or further information may be addressed to The Procurement Department and obtained via email from 8:30 am-5:00pm (Local time) Monday to Friday except Public Holidays.
The Bidding document in English is free of Charge and accessible by interested bidders by sending a request to the indicated email above.
Bids shall be labelled "Supply of Assorted Granite Slates/Slabs under framework contract. Procurement Reference Number: FRN/FRW/2023/0187" and must be delivered/ Sent to frenahuganda77@gmail.com or the address below at 8(b) at or before 12th October, 2023, at 10:00am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened at the address below at 8(b) at 10:15am on 12th October, 2023. Bidders shall not be permitted to attend this Bid Opening. Results of Bid outcome will be shared with bidders by email.
There shall be no pre-bid meeting/site visit.

A bid Security of UGX 450,000,000= (Uganda Shillings Four hundred fifty million only) is required.
The planned procurement schedule (subject to changes) is as follows:

c. Evaluation process (Within 10 working days from bid closing date)
d. Display and communication of best evaluated bidder notice (Within 5 working days from Committee award)
