TENDER NOTICE PREQUALIFICATION OF SERVICE PROVIDERS
Handicap International Federation, operating name Humanity & Inclusion (HI) is an International Non governmental Humanitarian Organization with its programs implemented in Uganda with Funding from Various Donor Including but not limited to the Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM), DFID, ECW, and ECHO.
Hl invites bids from registered suppliers to Participate in the prequalification exercise for Provision of Security Guards Services, Inclusive Teaching and Learning Materials under Framework Agreements.
HI-Uganda through this tendering Process will select one or more service provider(s) with whom a yearly Framework Agreement will be signed for the following lots:-
Supply of Inclusive Teaching and Learning Materials UGA/2023/KAMP/CFT-002-Lot1
Provision of Security Guards Services. |UGA/2023/KAMP/CFT-002-Lot 2 |
Tender Packages with detail of requirement can be Obtained starting on Monday 25th Sept, 2023 by sending a request to this email address: procurement.tenders@uganda.hi.org clearly stating the tender name and the number as the subject of the email.

Submission Detail:-
Bids/proposal must be Submitted in hard copy to; -
All tenders should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as above.
Deadline for Submission is Friday 06/October/2023: 5:00pm
Price offer should be in a separate envelope and clearly marked "Financial Bid" and Inserted in the main envelope.
NOTE: No fee or payment is required to participate in this tender. Vendors selection is performed separately from the collection of bids. Please report any irregularities/ Request for fee to Hil at report-uganda@uganda.hi.org
