Job Summary
A Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the warehouse. They are tasked with ensuring the smooth flow of goods, efficient use of space, proper inventory control, and a safe working environment for warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
• Supervise and control inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of products.
• Implement inventory tracking systems and conduct regular audits. Spot random and quarterly stocktaking.
• Plan for and manage inventory replenishment, including order placement and receiving processes.

Warehouse Operations:
• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.

Personnel Management:
• Schedule and allocate work assignments to ensure timely order processing and inventory management.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Logistics and Transportation:
• Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including the scheduling of importation, shipments and deliveries
• Work closely with carriers and logistics providers to optimize transportation routes and costs.

Equipment and Facility Maintenance:
• Ensure that all warehouse equipment such as generator and tools are properly maintained and serviced.
• Oversee facility maintenance and address any repair or safety concerns promptly.

Cost Management:
• Monitor and control operational expenses within the budgetary constraints.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
• Generate reports and analyze data to assess performance and make informed decisions.

Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Promote and enforce safety guidelines and practices to prevent accidents and injuries.

Customer Service:
• Collaborate with customer service teams to meet customer requirements and address inquiries or concerns.
• Strive to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• 3 years of Proven experience in warehouse management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in using technology and software for tracking and reporting. Microsoft Excel high level of knowledge is essential.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
